Frequently Asked Question

How do deliveries work?

To send out a delivery order you will need to provide the name, address (including unit numbers if applicable), postal code, and phone number of the recipient and select a date that they will most likely be home. Our flower arrangements are packed in a box with clear cellophane wrapping to protect the flowers.

Please make sure your delivery information is correct. We will do our best to deliver every arrangement but if we are unable to find an address we will have to bring the flowers back to our shop. Wrong addresses may be subject to an additional delivery fee.

Can I send flowers on the same day?

Yes! We accept same-day delivery orders until 11 am. If you place an order after 11 am it will be delivered the next day.

When will my flowers be delivered?

Our delivery window is between 12 and 6 pm for regular orders. Special orders such as funerals, weddings, and other time-sensitive events may have specific delivery times arranged with the customer beforehand. If the flowers are going to a business please specify their hours. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee specific delivery times for regular orders.

My flowers arrived damaged, what can I do?

If you receive flowers that are visibly damaged please take a picture as soon as you can and send us an email. If possible, bring your flowers to the store (along with your delivery picture) for an easy replacement. Unfortunately, we can not replace flowers delivered after 5 days.

My flowers don’t look exactly like the picture?

Unlike other products, flowers are seasonal and always changing! Any substitutions are made with colour, shape, and cost in mind. If the missing flowers are a key part of the arrangement we will call or email you to discuss your substitution options before we proceed.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?

During the summer, spring, and fall months the weather is warm enough for flowers to be left outside if no one is home.

During the winter months when temperatures drop below 0 degrees, flowers will not survive outside. If no one is home and there are no neighbors available, the flowers will be brought back to our shop and will be available for pick up by the customer or recipient. The flowers may be redelivered for an additional delivery fee.

How do I take care of my flowers?

Flowers look the best when they are taken care of properly! When you receive your flowers make sure that there is water in the vase. Check water levels regularly to make sure that the flowers are never dry, and change the water fully every 1 - 3 days. You can cut the stems of the flowers 1 - 2 cm to help refresh them.

If your flowers are made in a sponge, just add water every 1 - 2 days making sure the sponge is never dry.

Who sent my flowers?

Attached to your flowers is a card with your name, address, and a card message inside. Please call us if there are any issues including a missing card or a wrong name.
